stress is a specific disease entity, and may be the only disease
there is.
Everyone
has a certain resistance to stress based on their genetics, environment
and lifestyle.
The
key to health is to keep your total level of stress below your
level of resistance. If your level of stress overwhelms your
level of resistance, you begin
to experience symptoms:

A
sound health plan should incorporate the dual goals of strengthening,
or raising, your resistance level and decreasing your stressors. These
two goals are
the focus of my practice.
